Graduate Student

MSc Microbiology 2011 (Kalyani University, Kalyani)

Research interest: Regulation of ATP7B and ATP7A trafficking. I aim to identify and characterize proteins that regulate trafficking of ATP7B from TGN to the apical surface in response to copper. My research heavily relies on culturing polarized cell lines and high-end microscopy that includes live-cell imaging.
